What are the cases made of?
Depending on the style, PVC or PET — the material is listed in the description on each product page. Both are clear enough to see what is inside and rigid enough to hold their shape on a shelf.
Will the case scratch or cloud over time?
Clear plastic picks up fine surface marks with everyday handling, the way a phone screen does. To keep yours looking sharp, avoid storing it loose with keys or other sharp metal, and wipe it with a soft cloth rather than an abrasive sponge.
Are the cases waterproof?
No. The shell wipes clean and handles splashes and bathroom humidity, but it is not sealed. Do not submerge it, and close any bottle or tube properly before packing it.
Our Clear Tote Bag is a different product — that one is waterproof.
What colors are there?
Nine, and you can mix them freely. Many customers give each category its own color, so a glance tells them which case holds what. See Build Your Set.
Using your cases
Can I take these through airport security?
The clear shell lets an officer see what is inside without you unpacking it. One thing worth knowing: TSA does not approve or certify products, and its 3-1-1 rule for carry-on liquids calls for a one-quart resealable bag specifically. We do not sell these as TSA liquids bags — for liquids in a carry-on, follow the current TSA rule.
How do I know which size I need?
Our Size Guide lists interior dimensions for every case side by side, so you can match one to what you actually want to put in it.
What do people put in them?
Diaper-bag supplies, makeup and toiletries, cables and chargers, building blocks and puzzle pieces, craft supplies, first-aid basics. The cases stack, so they work on a shelf as well as in a bag.
Care
How do I clean a case?
Wipe it with a soft, damp cloth. For makeup smudges or sticky spots, a drop of mild dish soap in warm water works. Skip harsh solvents and abrasive sponges — they dull the clear surface.
How should I store it when it is empty?
Somewhere cool and dry, out of prolonged direct sunlight. Long sun exposure is what clouds clear plastic over time.
Orders & shipping
Where do you ship?
Within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We do not ship internationally, or to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses, at this time.
How much is shipping, and how long does it take?
Shipping is free on orders over $50. Under that, a flat rate is shown at checkout before you pay. Orders leave our facility within 1–2 business days, and standard delivery runs 3–7 business days after that. Full details in the Shipping Policy.
How do I track my order?
You will get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Track My Order walks through it.
What is your return policy?
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging. Email support@piqola.us with your order number to start. See the Refund Policy for the full terms.
My order arrived damaged. What now?
Email support@piqola.us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the item and its packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, and you will not need to ship the damaged item back.
