Refund policy

We want you to be happy with what you ordered. If something is not right, here is how returns and refunds work.

PIQOLA is a brand operated by LEMONA LLC, registered in the State of Washington, United States. LEMONA LLC is the seller of record and the party responsible under this policy.

Return window

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.

How to start a return

Email support@piqola.us with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will reply with return instructions and a return address. Please do not send items back before contacting us, as unannounced returns cannot be tracked to your order.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery and include a photo of the item and its packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, and you will not need to ship the item back.

Return shipping

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we cover return shipping. For all other returns, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. The time it takes for the funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

Items that cannot be returned

Gift cards, final sale items, and items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.

Order cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they ship. Email us as soon as possible and we will cancel the order if it has not yet entered fulfillment.
